Aufgaben

Your tasks

• fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Buchhaltungs-Teams
• Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen und termingerechten Buchführung
• Verantwortung für Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB
• Steuerung von Debitoren-, Kreditorenbuchhaltung und Zahlungsverkehr
• Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung von Prozessen und Abläufen
• Unterstützung bei Budgetplanung, Forecasts und betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertungen
• Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern, Steuerberatern und internen Fachbereichen
• aktive Mitgestaltung bei der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung der Finanzprozesse
• Aufbau klarer Aufbau- und Ablauforganisationen in einem gewachsenen Umfeld

Qualifikation

Your profile

• completed commercial training with further education, e.g. Bilanzbuchhalter
• at least 10 years of professional experience in financial accounting
• experience from the upper middle class or corporate environment
• very good HGB knowledge and safe application of ERP systems, SAP R/3 required
• demonstrated leadership skills and experience in team development
• a hands-on mentality combined with structural and analytical thinking
• communication strength, assertiveness, and a clear will to shape
