Team Lead Accounting (m/w/d)

In your role as Team Lead Accounting (m/w/d), you will lead our accounting team professionally and disciplinarily. You will be responsible for the accounting of our corporate group with over 100 real estate KGs and operational companies. A special feature of the role: The annual financial statements of our real estate companies are part of the MYNE product and will be made available to our customers - accordingly, high demands are placed on quality, transparency, and timeliness.

Tasks

• Leadership and development of the accounting team (4 senior accountants/women, 2 work students/men).
• Total responsibility for financial accounting consisting of over 100 real estate KGs and several operational companies.
• Responsibility for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB.
• Ensuring auditable, transparent, and customer-oriented annual financial statements for co-owners.
• Factual quality control of all accounting processes.
• Coordination and accompaniment of annual audits in collaboration with auditors.
• Closely working together with tax consultants, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
• Responsibility for shareholder accounts, loans, provisions, and allocations.
• Development and standardization of accounting processes with a focus on scalability and product quality.
• Support in system and tool topics, particularly in DATEV, and ERP developments.

Qualification

• At least 7 years of experience in accounting, ideally with leadership experience.
• SUCCESSFULLY completed studies in business administration, finance, or a comparable education.
• Add qualifications as certified accountant are advantageous.
• Experience in the real estate industry is desirable.
• Very good communication skills in German and English.
• A structured and analytical working style, as well as an outstanding organizational ability.
• Safe handling of DATEV, ODOO, and MS-Office, particularly Excel.
