Team IT Manager

As IT Team Manager, you are responsible for coordinating and managing IT activities and projects within your scope. You translate the IT strategy into concrete operational objectives and ensure the continuity of the application park. In this role, you lead a team of experts and function as the critical link between technical execution and business needs.

• Teammanagement: You coordinate and coach a team of 3 to 10 experts (developers, Business Analysts) and functionally manage project leaders.

• Strategische implementatie: You ensure the correct implementation of the IT strategy within your specific domain and application portfolio.

• Projectopvolging: You are responsible for respecting budgets, deadlines, and the qualitative delivery of IT projects.

• Operationeel beheer: You ensure the daily operation and maintenance of applications under your responsibility.

• Stakeholdermanagement: You maintain close contacts with external partners and internal departments to guarantee optimal service delivery.

• Procesoptimalisatie: You improve the speed of execution and quality by applying standardized methodologies.

• Innovatie: You are a driving force behind new solutions to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

• Communicatie: You translate complex technical challenges into understandable language for the organization and promote collaboration between teams.

• You possess a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Informatics or Management, combined with relevant experience in the IT sector.

• You have strong leadership skills and the necessary maturity to manage both internal employees and external consultants.

• You are analytically strong and have a proven track record in project management and organization.

• You can simplify complex technical schematics and present them clearly to diverse stakeholders.

• You are a fluent communicator who builds bridges between different departments.

• A excellent command of English is essential for this function.

• You are bilingual and possess a very good knowledge of the other national language (French or Dutch) to work efficiently in a national context.

• You are result-oriented and possess the necessary persuasive power to defend strategic visions.

• Contract: A full-time contract of indefinite duration (CDI).
