DasTeam As a Team Coordinator in Civil Engineering, you will be the pillar of coordinating activities for your team on site. Your mission will consist in ensuring that works are carried out in accordance with quality and safety standards. You will intervene in various projects, including road construction, canalization, and railway infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing a team of 5 to 10 people, ensuring each member is engaged and working efficiently. Reading and interpreting technical plans will also be at the heart of your role, to ensure proper task execution. Your leadership will be essential in achieving set objectives and ensuring client satisfaction. We expect: You must hold a team leader training or equivalent title, and justify solid experience in civil engineering. A good mastery of French is essential.
