Team Chef (Full-time) - Carrefour Angrignon

Job description

Job Description As Team Chef, you will report to the Store Manager and support the management team in creating a inclusive and positive work environment. You will play a key role in the success of the store by leading the team to achieve sales and profitability objectives, while contributing to recruitment, performance management, training, and development. Your ability to adapt to different situations, environments, and cultures will be essential in this role. You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong leadership and organizational abilities. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, human resources) and at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. You will also be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
