To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable Team Assistant with heart and organizational talent as of now.

Tasks

• You support our project management team in the back office (e.g., with reporting, dispatch actions, material preparation)
• You take care together with the team of our customer support via phone and email
• You take on general assistance tasks and keep an overview of office organization, orders, and procedures
• You run small errands or messenger services – a vehicle will be available to you as needed

Qualification

• You have very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• You work well in a team, are service-oriented, and get involved
• You are reliable, structured, and organize yourself independently
• First experiences in a comparable position are advantageous – but not a must
