Team Administrator/Coordinator
Job description
You will play a key role in providing administrative and financial support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and accurate processing across the team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Raising and managing Purchase Orders
- Invoicing and financial administration support
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry
- Supporting the wider infrastructure team with general office coordination
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience in AP/AR, invoicing, and PO processing
- Strong numerical ability with exceptional attention to detail
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience using SAP (highly regarded but not essential)

We are seeking an experienced Team Administrator/ Coordinator to support a busy Infrastructure team on a three-month fixed-term contract, with the potential of converting to a permanent role.
This role will be a Full-time 40 hours per week, with a Hybrid model of 2 - 3 days in the office. Working from home every Friday!
This position will be suitable for someone who enjoys working with numbers, thrives on accuracy, and brings a proactive, organised approach to their work.
