Team Administrator/Coordinator

Full Time 27.00 - 32.00

Job description

You will play a key role in providing administrative and financial support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and accurate processing across the team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Raising and managing Purchase Orders
  • Invoicing and financial administration support
  • Maintaining accurate records and data entry
  • Supporting the wider infrastructure team with general office coordination
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience in AP/AR, invoicing, and PO processing
  • Strong numerical ability with exceptional attention to detail
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience using SAP (highly regarded but not essential)

We are seeking an experienced Team Administrator/ Coordinator to support a busy Infrastructure team on a three-month fixed-term contract, with the potential of converting to a permanent role.

This role will be a Full-time 40 hours per week, with a Hybrid model of 2 - 3 days in the office. Working from home every Friday!
