• Foster a collaborative approach with each child to create an inclusive, safe, and caring learning environment, taking into account both their individuality and specific needs;
• Implement the ministry of education's study programs from holistic and universal approaches that integrate indigenous learning principles;
• Work in collaboration with the educational community at the school and central office to benefit students (orthopedagogue, counselor, librarian, pedagogical assistant, speech therapist etc.)
• Show innovation to support each student's overall success using dynamic and engaging pedagogical approaches and technological tools.
