Vision for Education work closely alongside a specialist school to provide teaching assistants to support pupils with a range of learning difficulties. As a teaching assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to deliver high-quality education to pupils. You will be responsible for supporting the teacher in the classroom, preparing and delivering lessons, and providing individual support to pupils. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of pupil progress and contribute to the development of the school's policies and procedures.
