Teaching Assistant Vibe Coding

The Digital People School is part of the Digital-Leute-Platform – a leading network for product-, design- and tech-professionals in Germany.

We train the next generation of AI Software Engineers, Vibe Coders, Product Managers, and Product Designers in intense online bootcamps.

Our Goal:

Making talents fit for work in modern tech teams – with real projects, live sessions, and mentors from practice.

Your Role:
As a mentor in the Vibe Coding Bootcamp, you accompany participants on their journey into the tech industry. You are their sparring partner, coach, and point of contact for technical questions and develop yourself further along the way.

Tasks

• Supporting participants with questions about modern web and AI technologies
• Conducting 1:1 mentorings, group formats, and code reviews
• Giving feedback on projects, experiments, and architectural decisions
• Collaboration with our Top Trainers from leading tech companies (Airbnb, Miro, Shopify, Atlassian, Delivery Hero, etc.)
• Developing learning materials and supporting the curriculum team
• Accompanying participants through all phases of the bootcamp

Qualification

• First experience in software development with modern technologies (e.g. JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, React, Node.js)
• Pleasure for AI, machine learning, and modern developer tools (e.g. GPT, LangChain, Vercel, n8n, Pinecone)
• Enjoyment of knowledge transfer, coaching, and teamwork
• Self-directed, structured work style, and good communication skills
• Optional: Experience with online learning platforms, cloud environments, and GitHub
