Teaching Assistant – Spalding & Surrounding Areas Location: Spalding, Holbeach, Bourne, Crowland, and nearby villages Salary: £90–£110 per day (dependent on experience) Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Supply Start Date: Immediate or as soon as possible Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development? We’re seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join vibrant primary schools across the Spalding area. Role Highlights: Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, providing individualised support and small group work. Assist teachers with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery. Develop and maintain positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues. Contribute to the development of the school’s policies and procedures. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other school events. Be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Be willing to learn and take on new challenges. Be a team player, with a positive attitude and a sense of humour.
