Teaching Assistant

About the Role:

• Support class teachers across EYFS, KS1, and KS2

• Work with pupils 1:1, in small groups, or within whole-class settings

• Assist with lesson activities, classroom organisation, and learning resources

• Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

• Encourage pupils' confidence, independence, and progress

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred)

• A patient, supportive, and proactive approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2/3 (desirable but not essential)

• Passionate about supporting children's development and wellbeing
