Teaching Assistant

A brand-new SEMH provision in Essex, is seeking compassionate and committed Teaching Assistants to join their team from September 2025. This is a full-time, term-time only, permanent role. The school supports up to 30 pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a central role in creating a nurturing, structured learning environment where every pupil is supported to succeed. You will work closely with the class teacher to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences, and provide individualised support to pupils. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of pupil progress and contributing to the development of the school's policies and procedures.
