As a teaching assistant in our Product Design UX/UI Bootcamp, you ensure that our participants are motivated, successful, and optimally supported throughout their boot camp – and beyond, they can realize their career dream.

Aufgaben

Lernmaterialien

• Create, maintain, and optimize training materials in the online classroom.
• Ensure that contents are up-to-date, visually appealing, and in line with our branding.
• Develop innovative course content together with our team.

Mentoring & Support

• Support participants as a sparring partner, mentor, and point of contact for questions about projects, tools, and the boot camp schedule.
• Offer individual 1:1 mentoring in video or audio calls and provide individual feedback on project work.
• Conduct interactive small-group sessions on relevant topics (e.g., Figma or Figma Make Basics).

Organisation

• Document the learning progress and participant attendance.
• Implement on- and offboarding processes and analyze feedback for continuous optimization.
• Work with cloud-based communication and file systems, as well as online learning systems (LMS).

Qualifikation

• Passion for Product and Technology: Enthusiasm for digital products, their design, and the application of AI in product design.
• Experience with Tools: Experience with standard tools in product design like Figma and Sketch, but also first experience with KI-tools is welcome.
• Praxiserfahrung: First professional experience in product design UX/UI, experience in support, mentoring, or customer service – ideally in the education sector or tech environment.
• Kommunikationsstärke: Empathy and clarity in video calls, presentations, and contact with participants. Strong ability to communicate and present to target groups.
• Organisationsgeschick: Structured work, goal-oriented, and a good overview in dynamic environments.
• Technisches Know-how: Secure handling of CRM systems and digital tools.
• Lernbereitschaft: Interest in diving deeper into the topics product design & product management, building knowledge, deepening it, and sharing it.
• Sprachkenntnisse: Fluent German and English (C1 level or higher).
• Wünsschenswert: Ideally, you work 1-2 days a week from our office in the Cologne Südstadt. Remote work is also possible. Please indicate your preferred setup in your application.
