Job description

Introduction:
Are you passionate about digital products, tech, and AI – and do you enjoy working in a structured way behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly at the forefront? Then the Digitale Leute School is the right place for you.

In our online bootcamps, we train talents to become AI Software Engineers, Vibe Coders, Product Managers, and Product Designers (UX/UI). As an assistant for the bootcamp teams, you will keep the operations running across our bootcamps. You will ensure that course materials are in place, processes function, and our AI automations work reliably.

Tasks

Course Materials & Documentation

  • You will maintain and update training materials in the online classroom – across all bootcamps

  • You will ensure that content is current, well-structured, and in line with our branding

  • You will keep our documentation and process wikis (e.g., in Notion) maintained and searchable

AI Automations

  • You will maintain and improve our AI automations (e.g., in Make and n8n) and keep them running

  • You will learn new automations, test them, and report any issues

Coordination & Support

  • You will support participant onboarding and offboarding processes across all bootcamps

  • You will introduce participants and new colleagues to our tools and processes

  • You will document learning progress and attendance, and collect feedback for optimization

  • You will assist with scheduling coordination between trainers, coaches, and cohorts

Qualification

Qualification:

  • Enrolled student – field of study open, interest in Tech/Product/AI is more important

  • Enthusiasm for digital products and AI tools – you enjoy trying out new things

  • First experience with AI automations (Make, n8n or similar) is a plus, but not a must – the willingness to dive deep is important

  • Structured, reliable work style and a good eye for detail

  • Proficient in using cloud tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion); initial exposure to Online Learning Systems (LMS) is an advantage

  • Very good German and English (C1)

Benefits

Benefits:

  • Flexible working hours model with home office, 1–2 days/week office in downtown Cologne

  • Modern, digital tool stack (including AI tools that you will use in your daily work)

  • Self-organized work with real areas of responsibility

  • Extensive onboarding and training

  • Insight into the operation of a growing education platform – across all bootcamps

  • A dynamic, supportive team

A few final words:
This is an operational hands-on role for someone who enjoys organizing, automating, and maintaining an overview for smooth operations. If you are eager to use modern AI tools in a real-world setting and learn in the process, we look forward to hearing from you.
