This rewarding role involves working closely with pupils across both mainstream and SEN settings, providing tailored support to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Each child is unique, and your approach will be adapted to meet their individual needs. You'll work alongside classroom teachers and the SENCO to help develop and implement personalized learning plans, supporting pupils' progress and achievement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and experience working with children who require additional support.
