Food and Water Sampling Technician

We are looking for a Food and Water Sampling Technician located in Monterrey, Nuevo Len, with experience in taking samples, to perform food and water sampling in the field at our clients' facilities. The work is project-based, with variable frequency (once a week or once a month), depending on the client's schedule.

• Take samples of foods, waters, inert scrapings, and live organisms.
• Answer questions and provide feedback to clients.
• Fully complete service request forms.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in equipment and sampling materials.
• Apply quality management processes according to current regulations.
• Wear uniform and identification credentials at all times.
• Use personal protective equipment during field activities.

Requirements

• Certified or technical degree in Chemistry.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in taking samples for laboratory use in the food and water industry.
• Residence in Monterrey, Nuevo Len.
• Availability to travel to client facilities.
• Possession of a personal vehicle (preferable).
• Excellent service attitude and communication skills.
