Our Client, Saini Cabs is a Queensland-based transport service provider delivering professional and compliant taxi services. We are seeking a suitably skilled and experienced Taxi Driver / Taxi Proprietor to operate taxis under our business. The successful applicant will operate independently, with the taxi vehicle leased through the company.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day taxi operations, ensuring vehicle is roadworthy, clean, and compliant with Queensland transport regulations
• Monitor and inspect vehicle to maintain servicing schedule and manage mechanical or maintenance requirements
• Operate bookings and dispatch services through approved taxi networks or digital platforms
• Timely response to dispatch requests to pick up passengers, waiting for passengers and assisting as required.
• Maintain trip records, payment receipts, fare reconciliation, logbooks, and compliance documentation
• Ensure adherence to licensing, insurance, traffic laws, registration, and safety requirements
• Provide professional and courteous customer service by greeting and addressing passenger enquiries or feedback
• Comply with road safety, workplace health and safety, and operational policies
• Liaise with management regarding operational requirements and service standards

Skills and Experience

• Valid Queensland Driver’s Licence
• Relevant taxi or commercial driving experience
• Appropriate Driver Authorisation as required under Queensland regulations
• Good communication skills and professional presentation
• Ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility

Salary: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per annum plus Superannuation.
