Tax Manager/in (m/w/d)
Job description
Your Tasks:
- You are the first point of contact regarding tax matters
- You will independently handle questions on national and international tax law
- You will work closely with our Accounting department on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- You will advise and accompany company restructurings as well as M&A projects
- You will be responsible for sales tax assessments of business transactions
- You are responsible for Transfer Pricing and Tax Compliance issues
- You will accompany tax audits
- You will work on various special tax projects
