JOUW ROL As Tax Manager, you guide your own client portfolio of SMEs, family groups, and entrepreneurs, focusing on fiscal optimization and strategic advice. You: Detect fiscal opportunities and translate these into concrete added value for your clients. Work closely with colleague specialists in accountancy, legal, and wealth planning for integrated solutions. Coach and inspire your team of (Senior) Tax Advisors in their professional growth. Manage quality, planning, and profitability of the files. Actively contribute to expanding the client base through network and internal collaboration. Think about automation, knowledge sharing, and process optimization within the tax department. WIE JIJ BENT You recognize yourself in the following profile: Master's degree in an economic or legal field (TEW, Law, Accountancy & Fiscaliteit…). At least 6 years of experience in fiscal advisory services, preferably in a multidisciplinary office or Big 4. Experience in guiding or leading colleagues or a team. Analytically strong, structured, and responsible. In-depth knowledge of company and personal taxation, restructurings, and international fiscal law. Interest in digitalization and fiscal technology to support your work.
