Tax Manager / Steuerberater (m/w/d)

You want to be a Tax Manager who does more than just classic declaration work? At Schwarz Corporate Solutions, you'll advise companies of the Schwarz Group strategically on tax-related issues with real impact.

Instead of many superficial mandates, you'll intensively support selected companies within the corporate group and be in close contact with departments and decision-makers. Aufgaben

• Strategic tax consulting for various companies within the Schwarz Group
• Counseling innovative business models in the Digital Business as well as classic corporate structures
• Taking on a Key Account Function as the central point of contact for tax-related issues
• Analyzing and designing tax aspects during company formations and new business models
• Closely collaborating with departments and management at eye level
• Developing practical tax solutions for complex corporate structures
• Participating in tax future themes such as E-Invoicing, Digitalization, and Law Changes
• Presenting tax matters to departments and occasionally on the Executive Board Level
• Actively developing your professional skills through Tax Congresses, Networks, and internal knowledge formats

Qualifikation

• Possessing a successful Tax Consultant Exam
• Multiple years of experience in tax consulting, financial administration or the tax department of a company
• Very good knowledge of German Tax Law, ideally with initial contact with international tax law
• Able to translate tax-related issues into entrepreneurial solutions
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex topics in a clear manner
• Self-motivated, structured, and responsible working style
• Interest in Digitalization and Tax Innovations
• A team-oriented personality with joy in knowledge exchange
• Very good German language skills
