Tax Manager

About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented US Taxation Manager to lead and manage US tax operations from India. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in US taxation, client management, compliance, and team handling. This role requires hands-on experience in preparing and reviewing US tax returns while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end US taxation processes for individuals and businesses Prepare and review US tax returns Ensure accurate and compliant preparation of tax returns Manage and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of tax returns Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their tax needs and provide tailored solutions Provide guidance and support to team members on US tax matters Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and compliance with company policies and procedures Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to US taxation Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field 5+ years of experience in US taxation Strong understanding of US tax laws and regulations Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel Experience working with tax preparation software such as TurboTax or similar tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals who share your passion for US taxation
