Tax Manager (m/w/d)

What you can expect

As Tax Manager (m/w/d), you will take on a central role in the tax advisory services for the companies of the ATP Group. You will act as a competent point of contact for national and international tax questions and work closely with other departments within the group. You will report to Head Group Accounting, Treasury & Tax.

Your tasks will include:

• Independent handling of daily tax issues, with a focus on value-added tax and corporate tax
• Development of special questions in a national and international context, particularly in the context of M&A projects
• Preparation and ongoing maintenance of a BEPS-compliant pricing documentation
• Development and implementation of a group-wide Tax-IKS (Internal Control System)
• Participation in preparing annual financial statements and consolidated financial statements, including calculating tax provisions and latent taxes
• Preparation of tax returns and accompanying business audits
• Ongoing exchange with financial authorities and international tax consultants
