The workplace is located at the central corporate location in W… The Tax Manager (m/w/d) is responsible for the preparation and submission of tax returns, as well as the coordination of tax audits and other tax-related matters. Key responsibilities: • Preparation and submission of tax returns (e.g. income tax, value-added tax, corporation tax) • Coordination of tax audits and other tax-related matters with internal stakeholders and external auditors • Development and implementation of tax strategies in line with the company's overall strategy • Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records of all tax-related transactions and financial data • Identification and mitigation of potential tax risks and compliance issues • Collaboration with other departments (e.g. finance, accounting) to ensure effective communication and coordination of tax-related matters • Continuous monitoring of changes in tax laws and regulations and implementation of necessary adjustments to the company's tax strategy Requirements: • University degree in taxation or a related field (Master's or Bachelor's level) • At least 3 years of experience in tax consulting or similar role • Excellent knowledge of German tax law and regulations, as well as international tax laws and regulations (e.g. EU VAT regulations) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tax software (e.g. SAP, Oracle) • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines • Fluency in German (written and spoken), as well as excellent English language skills (written and spoken) Benefits: • Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company in the field of research, development, and production • Collaborative and supportive team environment • Professional development opportunities and training programs • Flexible working hours and remote work options • Comprehensive benefits package (health insurance, pension plan, etc.) • Access to state-of-the-art facilities and equipment
