Backgrounds from both sides of the spectrum will be considered. The ideal candidate is someone who has already gained experience in a similar role or as a Senior Tax Consultant. They should have a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, preferably with a Master's degree in Taxation or related field. As a Tax Director, you will be responsible for developing your own team and portfolio, working closely with the CEO to make strategic decisions that drive business growth. You will also have the opportunity to work on international files, expanding your network and expertise.
