Tax Analyst

About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team in managing end-to-end GST compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in GST return preparation, reconciliation, and client coordination, along with the ability to guide and supervise junior staff. Key Responsibilities Prepare and support in filing GST returns as per applicable deadlines. Perform GST data reconciliations with accuracy and control. Guide and supervise the work of recent graduates or entry-level professionals. Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders. Identify and escalate any potential issues or discrepancies in a timely manner. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2+ years of experience in GST compliance, accounting, or taxation. Strong understanding of GST laws and regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
