Job description
Key Responsibilities
· Transfer pricing compliance and communicating with the tax advisors
· Responsible for Indirect related matters like- GST & Customs.
· Responsible for Monthly/Quarterly/ Yearly direct and indirect tax compliances such as returns, export filings, STPI compliances , advance tax workings etc.
· Research and advising on various income tax implications on specific transactions
· Preparation of MIS reports
· Handling the tax planning for the overseas subsidiaries/offices and recommending cost effective tax planning structures.
· Addressing the transfer pricing requirements.
· Responsible for preparing tax computation for India companies on a quarterly basis.
· Coordination with cross functional team to get the required data and resolve issues
· Projects and Other Adhoc works etc
