Tax Analyst - Client Success

The Tax Analyst within our Global Client Success team at Equus Software will support our clients by answering their tax software related queries, explaining system functionality, and how that applies to them. You will help our clients gain maximum efficiencies from our Tax Engine to deliver their mobility programs. You will consult with our clients throughout the relationship lifecycle, providing expert knowledge in the area of international and domestic tax. **What you'll do:** * Become an expert in the Equus Tax Engine to provide best-in-class support to our clients. * Assist clients with tax software questions and concerns related to tax calculations. * Consult with clients regarding tax implications of mobility program setup and ongoing operations. * Work with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve tax-related issues. * Document client interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately and in a timely manner. * Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, engineering) to improve the client experience. * Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations relevant to our clients. * May assist in training clients on tax engine features and functionality. * Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution. * Provide proactive tax-related information to clients. **What you'll bring:** * Bachelor's degree in accounting, tax, or a related field. * 3+ years of experience in tax or a related field. * Strong understanding of US and/or international tax principles. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely. * Problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on attention to detail. * Experience with tax software or other relevant technologies is a plus. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). **Bonus points:** * Experience working with Expatriate and/or domestic taxation * Experience with global mobility programs * Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. **What We Offer:** * Competitive Salary * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance * 401K with Company Match * Paid Time Off * Paid Holidays * Professional Development Opportunities * Flexible Work Arrangements * Team building and social events Equus Software is an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity.
