What we work on

At PALATAX, you'll be working on mandates from three areas of expertise that we handle comprehensively and interdisciplinary:

Tax consulting — From ongoing consulting to complex structuring. We design tax solutions that align with the entrepreneurial and personal goals of our clients.

Auditing — Reviewing annual and group accounts with a focus on quality, reliability, and economic relevance.

Business consulting — Accompanying companies in phases of change: restructuring, growth, succession. Precise analyses, practical recommendations.

Tasks

Your tasks

• Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns
• Counseling and consulting clients in their day-to-day business
• Processing complex tax questions
• Participation in business-related and entrepreneurial topics
• Close cooperation with our consulting team from Tax, Audit, and Advisory
• Support in optimizing processes and mandate workflows

Qualification

You bring this

• Degree or study in the field of taxation, business administration, or a comparable area
• Experience in preparing financial statements, tax returns, or client consulting
• Interest in complex questions and professional development
• Structured, self-responsible working style
