Therapy Awareness Specialist - BeNeLux Region Location: Remote - BeNeLux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) Job Summary The Therapy Awareness Specialist (TAS) is responsible for expanding physician awareness and driving market development for lung volume reduction therapy across the BeNeLux region. This role involves engaging with a broad network of healthcare professionals-including pulmonologists, thoracic surgeons, respiratory nurses, rehabilitation centers, primary care providers, and patients. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing strategies to increase awareness among physicians about the benefits and value proposition of lung volume reduction therapy. • Building relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the BeNeLux region to drive market development and adoption of lung volume reduction therapy. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and medical affairs, to develop and execute a comprehensive market development plan for lung volume reduction therapy in the BeNeLux region. • Providing educational support to healthcare professionals through various channels, such as presentations, workshops, and online resources. • Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to physician awareness and market development. • Maintaining a deep understanding of the BeNeLux region's healthcare landscape, including trends, regulations, and reimbursement policies. • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and patient advocacy groups. • Participating in cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives that drive market development for lung volume reduction therapy. • Providing input on the development of educational materials, such as brochures, posters, and online resources, to support physician awareness and patient education. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field (e.g., biology, chemistry, pharmacology). • At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, medical devices, or healthcare industry, with a focus on market development, marketing, or sales. • Strong understanding of the BeNeLux region's healthcare landscape, including trends, regulations, and reimbursement policies. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
