Tapestry Manager, AI/Automation SEAO

Job Title AI & Automation Manager Primary Purpose The AI & Automation Manager is responsible for designing, delivering, and scaling intelligent automation and AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, decision quality, and employee productivity across the organization. Key Responsibilities & Requirements Strong hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Proven delivery experience using UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, attended/unattended bots) Experience in process discovery, mapping, and improvement techniques. Ability to work with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop business cases for implementation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their applications in automation. Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker). Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus. Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision. Strong understanding of the organization's business objectives and ability to align automation initiatives with those goals.
