Tanium Engineer

STAND 8 provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States with offices in Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, Atlanta and more, including internationally in Mexico, India and Japan. We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Tanium Engineer to join our team. As the first point of contact for our end user community, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, offering remote support, and ensuring that customers receive timely resolution to their IT-related problems. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including incident reports, problem resolutions, and any necessary follow-up actions. This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
