You already have initial practical experience in recruiting and want to further expand your knowledge alongside your studies? Then we look forward to hearing from you!

• Support in the entire recruiting process
• Screening and pre-selection of applications
• Communication with applicants
• Coordination and accompaniment of interviews and job shadowing
• Maintenance and administration of our applicant management system
• Creation and publication of job advertisements
• Support in the active search for candidates
• Participation in the further development of our recruiting processes

• Current studies, at least in the 4th semester, e.g., in Human Resource Management, Business Psychology, Business Administration, or comparable fields
• Initial practical experience in recruiting is a prerequisite
• Enjoyment of contact with people and strong communication skills
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Confident and friendly demeanor
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Interest in taking responsibility in recruiting
