We, teamHOLDING GmbH, based in Cologne, combine child and youth welfare, adventure education, and service support. To make our work for people and their development even more visible, we are looking for a marketing-savvy personality who can effectively highlight our themes.

Have you already gained initial practical experience in recruiting and want to further expand your knowledge alongside your studies? Then we look forward to hearing from you!

• Support in the entire recruiting process
• Review and pre-selection of applications
• Communication with applicants
• Coordination and accompaniment of interviews and trial days
• Maintenance and administration of our applicant management system
• Creation and publication of job advertisements
• Support in the active search for candidates
• Participation in the further development of our recruiting processes

• Currently enrolled in a degree program, at least in the 4th semester, e.g., in Human Resource Management, Business Psychology, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• Initial practical experience in recruiting is a prerequisite
• Enjoy interacting with people and strong communication skills
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Confident and friendly demeanor
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Interest in taking responsibility in recruiting
