Within our talent acquisition team, you will be the engine of searches.

Talent Sourcing specialist Sourceur de Talents H/F à 100% Genève
Sourcing & Recruitment :
Definition of needs, writing of job ads.
Active sourcing adapt your research techniques according to profiles and source through different channels
Selection of the best talents
CV screening + responses
Conduct pre-selection interviews (by phone or video call) to qualify skills and assess candidate motivation
Talent pool pipeline: Develop and manage a community of qualified candidates to anticipate our future needs
Work in close collaboration hand in hand with talent advisors to understand the technical challenges of the positions and discover the best candidates for open positions
Administer tests to candidates to support consultants and summarize/write results
Administrative Management :
Creation of orders, job ads, publication.
Follow-up of client and candidate files.
Your profile:
Proven experience in sourcing and recruitment, ideally in a placement agency: 2 to 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar role as a sourcing manager, recruiter in Switzerland.
Technical knowledge of technical professions in the industry
Skills: Excellent command of IT tools.
Knowledge of CCT (Collective Bargaining Agreements)
