Talent Sourcing Specialist 100% Geneva

Sourcing & Recruitment :

• Definition of needs, writing of advertisements.
• Active sourcing: adapt your search techniques according to profiles and source through various channels.
• Selection of the best talents.
• CV screening + responses.
• Conduct pre-selection interviews (by phone or video call) to qualify skills and assess candidate motivation.
• Talent pool pipeline: Develop and manage a community of qualified candidates to anticipate our future needs.
• Work in close collaboration, hand in hand, with talent advisors to understand the technical challenges of the positions and find the best candidates for open roles.
• Administer candidate tests in support of consultants and summarize/write results.

Administrative Management :

• Creation of orders, advertisements, publication.
• Tracking of client and candidate files.

Your profile:

• Proven experience in sourcing and recruitment, ideally in a placement agency: 2 to 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar role as a sourcing manager, recruiter in Switzerland.
• Technical knowledge of industrial technical professions.
• Skills: Excellent command of IT tools.
• Knowledge of CCT (Collective Bargaining Agreements).
