Talent Sourcer - internship in recruitment
Job description
Grafton Recruitment, one of the leading brands in the recruitment industry across Europe. As part of the GI group, we are present in 57 countries worldwide, supporting our clients in developing their businesses and conducting recruitment processes, as well as providing outsourcing services. Among our clients are the most renowned international and Polish companies. Currently, due to the development of our Krakow branch, we are opening an internship position in the recruitment department.
Daily tasks:
- Supporting Recruiters by actively searching for candidates for recruitment projects
- Candidate selection
- Editing and posting job announcements
- Managing databases
Expectations:
- Bachelor's or master's degree, or currently studying
- Very good knowledge of English language in speech and writing
- Prior experience in administrative and office work is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Sincerity and accuracy
- Interest in developing in the recruitment area
- Availability 30 hours per week

Expected categories of data recipients: persons involved in recruitment and decision-making on employment, personnel department and IT supervision, as well as lawyers responsible for monitoring the correctness of recruitment processes.
