Aufgaben

Finding the right people, approaching and warming them up to the process. Active sourcing, outreach, organization, and mechanical first-filtering based on clear profiles. We provide targeting and rubric, you execute.

Qualifikation

• Bring experience in Sales, Recruiting or Sourcing, or have the talent to find and convince people
• Speak fluent German and English
• Want responsibility and deliver independently
• High self-initiative and proactivity
