Job description
Are you looking for a job as Talent Sourcer (m/w/d) in the construction industry?
At CompleteHiRe, we offer you the opportunity to become an important part of our small but fine team. You will work exclusively for top companies across Europe in the construction and real estate sector, finding the best talents for their key positions.

As Talent Sourcer, you will support us in identifying, approaching, and winning over suitable candidates as quickly as possible.
A project duration of 2-3 months is initially planned, with the option for extension.
Tasks
- Finding and approaching candidate profiles in the construction industry through various channels
- Maintenance and updating of the applicant database
Qualification
- Several years of experience in Talent Sourcing or Recruiting, ideally in the construction industry
- Experience from the construction and real estate sector would be wonderful, but not necessarily required.
- You possess your own LinkedIn Recruiter account and/or Xing Talent Manager
