Tasks

You don't just fill open positions – you attract the people who will shape our company tomorrow.

With your flair for potential, your communication skills, and your structured way of working, you will accompany the entire recruiting process – from the first job advertisement to successful placement.

Your tasks include:

• Finding suitable talents for our open positions and successfully attracting them for our company
• Developing creative job advertisements and publishing them on the appropriate platforms
• Reviewing applications, recognizing potential, and performing a qualified pre-screening
• Conducting introductory and interview calls (telephone and digital)
• Actively contributing to and continuously developing our employer branding, personnel development, and social media recruiting

• You enjoy interacting with people and communicate openly, respectfully, and professionally.
• You work in a structured, self-reliant manner and can maintain an overview even when juggling multiple tasks.
• You recognize potential and have a good intuition for people.
• You are open to digital tools, modern work methods, and new ideas.
• You have residency or a second residence in Germany.
• You have a stable internet connection (at least 30 Mbit).
