As Talent Scout, you conduct initial phone conversations with applicants from the healthcare sector.

Your task is not to hire or evaluate candidates.

Your task is to check whether a candidate meets the minimum professional requirements, so that our customers only speak with suitable applicants.

You work with clear conversation guidelines and ensure smooth handovers to our customers.
