Job description
Independent identification and approach of suitable professionals for technical and managerial positions. Management of multiple vacancies simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Development and implementation of targeted sourcing strategies together with hiring managers and recruiters. Use of various recruitment and sourcing channels to gain passive candidates. Conducting initial phone interviews for professional and personal selection. Maintenance of candidate and process data in the applicant tracking system. Building and maintaining relationships with departments and relevant stakeholders. Analysis of market and recruiting data for optimization of search strategies. Participation in recruitment projects, as well as continuous improvement of processes. Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process. Secure German and English language skills (at least C1). First experience in recruitment, active sourcing or talent acquisition, ideally in an in-house or personnel service environment. Experience in filling technical and/or managerial positions. Knowledge in handling applicant tracking systems (ATS) and modern recruitment tools. Strong organizational ability and structured work approach. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Communication strength and professional demeanor. High self-motivation, willingness to learn, and hands-on mentality. Secure handling of a fast-paced and changing working environment. Varied activity in a renowned company.
