Vos missions
- Planify and conduct daily interviews with candidates of all levels, from workers to executives.
- Collaborate with managers to understand their needs and select the right candidates.
- Write clear recommendations and reports for managers on candidates and recruitment strategies.
- Ensure a quick and professional follow-up of candidates, putting their experience at the center of your priorities.
- Maintain up-to-date systems and administration to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and propose improvements, for example, job descriptions or selection criteria.
- Ensure that candidate experience is optimal at each stage of the process.
