Job description
What will you do?
- Daily interviews and conversations plan and conduct with candidates of all levels, from workers to leaders.
- Consult with hiring managers to understand their needs and select the right candidates.
- Prepare clear recommendations and reports for hiring managers about candidates and recruitment strategies.
- Makes sure candidates are quickly and professionally followed up on, with their experience at the center.
- Keep systems and administration up-to-date so that the recruitment process runs smoothly.
- Signal bottlenecks in the recruitment process and suggest improvements, for example in job descriptions or selection criteria.
- Makes sure the candidate excels at every step of the process.
