Job Description: Talent Qualifications Specialist – US Recruitment Position: Talent Qualifications Specialist Shift Timing: 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM (Night Shift – US Process) Working Days: 5 Days (Mon–Fri) Location: Mohali Experience: Fresher / 6 months–1 year in US Staffing / or 1 year in Sales About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Talent Qualifications Specialist to join our US Recruitment team. This role involves screening, assessing, and qualifying candidates for various US-based positions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all candidates meet the required qualifications and possess the necessary skills and experience. Key Responsibilities: * Review and analyze job descriptions to understand the requirements of each position. * Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. * Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience. * Evaluate candidates based on their technical skills, soft skills, and cultural fit. * Manage and maintain a database of qualified candidates. * Coordinate with recruiters to schedule interviews and provide feedback on candidates. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. * Collaborate with the recruitment team to improve the overall hiring process. * Communicate effectively with candidates and provide timely feedback. * Follow up with candidates and maintain a strong relationship. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Fresher / 6 months–1 year of experience in US Staffing or 1 year of experience in Sales. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus. * Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations is a plus.
