They use Seyna to protect nearly two million policyholders in 6 European countries. With an investment of 57 million euros from GFC, WhiteStar Capital, Elaia, and 115K (La Banque Postale), Seyna has global ambitions to improve the insurance sector by modernizing the design and management of insurance programs.

Your future team:

The Reinsurance (Risk Placement) team is the bridge between Seyna and its risk-carrying partners. Its role: to structure and place reinsurance programs that allow Seyna to distribute its products while controlling its risk exposure. It works closely with the actuarial, legal, and commercial teams to build competitive programs, ensure their quality, and provide operational follow-up over time.

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain the network of reinsurer partners, including internationally

• Build strong relationships with risk carriers through regular communication and a deep understanding of their expectations

• Place reinsurance programs in compliance with margin objectives and set deadlines

• Manage annual renewals and renegotiate financial conditions to optimize Seyna's margins and equity

• Provide reinsurers with the necessary documentation in a timely manner (monthly reports, reinsurance accounts, cash flows)

• Participate in the development of reinsurance-dedicated tools and their automation with the Tech teams

You are in the right place if:

• You master the mechanisms of insurance and reinsurance (products, placement processes, financial and actuarial data)

• You have real expertise in negotiation, report writing, and contract analysis

• You are fluent in English – exchanges with international partners are part of the daily routine

• You know how to build and maintain long-term relationships with demanding stakeholders

• You have excellent communication skills, both written and oral

• You are able to align your work with the overall company strategy and prioritize effectively
