Your future team:

The Legal Team plays a central role at Seyna. On one hand, it is a true Business Partner, involved from the very first negotiations and throughout commercial partnerships. It is in our DNA to seek pragmatic solutions that facilitate business. On the other hand, it is responsible for Seyna's compliance: the activity of an insurer requires meeting ever more demanding regulations, and the Legal Team ensures that Seyna meets these obligations.

What you will do:

• Draft, analyze, and negotiate contracts and addendums with our partners (group insurance, insurance for account, delegation contracts)

• Draft and update information notices and other pre-contractual and commercial documents for our insurance products

• Develop convention models and other contractual documents

• Advise Seyna teams on any questions regarding insurance law (contractual arrangements, development of new products, interpretation of clauses, etc.)

• Participate in negotiations with partners for the establishment of partnerships

• Ensure regulatory compliance of our contractual documents (DDA, fraud, GDPR, Sapin II, etc.)

• Conduct active legal monitoring in insurance law and contract law

You are in the right place if:

• You have a strong command of insurance law (health, and distribution of insurance products / DDA)

• You are comfortable with drafting and negotiating complex contracts

• You know how to manage pressure and adapt in a constantly changing environment

• You have a solution-oriented mindset: at Seyna, we aim to unblock, not to hinder

• You communicate clearly and directly, with teams as well as with external partners

• You work with rigor while remaining able to prioritize and navigate uncertainty
