Your future team:

The Insurance Project Manager (also called Insurance Sales Specialist) is a key player in the Sales department. Alongside the Client Executive, they drive the progression of each insurance deal through to product launch. They combine insurance expertise, a commercial dimension, and project management skills — and it's this combination that makes them so valuable at Seyna. They coordinate internal teams (actuarial, legal, product, CSM, operations) and broker partners to ensure smooth and timely launches.

What you will do:

• Qualify the broker's needs alongside the Client Executive and verify their alignment with Seyna's insurance capabilities

• Coordinate the project team: actuarial, legal, product, CSM, operations

• Manage deal stages, define milestones, clarify roles, and ensure deadlines are met

• Oversee the construction of the offer: pricing, product structure, coverage, exclusions

• Prepare necessary materials (commercial proposals, presentations, technical documents)

• Define the deal closing strategy and take the lead in discussions with brokers

• Ensure a smooth transition to the CSM and Operations teams once the product is launched

• Identify recurring obstacles and propose process improvements

• Conduct product & market watch to anticipate needs and challenge brokers

You are in the right place if:

• You have excellent project management skills: multi-stakeholder coordination, execution rigor, milestone adherence

• You have a good understanding of the insurance market and its products (Health and/or P&C)

• You quickly understand brokers' challenges and constraints, and you can rephrase and challenge their needs

• You master Seyna's business model and know how to structure complete offers (pricing, coverage, exclusions)

• You communicate with clarity and pedagogy, even on technical subjects, and you know how to convince with energy and professionalism

• You are autonomous, you take initiative on your deals, and you take responsibility for their progress

• You enjoy working in a team and naturally collaborate with diverse profiles (CEs, actuaries, legal experts, CSMs…)
