Your future team:

The Data Integration team is part of the Client Performance department. Its role: to ensure that the data from our delegating brokers is integrated comprehensively and reliably into the Seyna information system. They are the guarantors of data quality—a critical issue for the actuarial, accounting, and steering teams to do their work. The team works daily with brokers to improve the structure and completeness of their bordereaux, and collaborates closely with the Tech teams to automate and make integration processes reliable.

What you will do:

• Manage relationships with brokers in your area: prepare and lead meetings, write reports, ensure proactive follow-up, and collaborate on improving their data quality

• Integrate bordereaux and write transformation acceptance tests for new portfolios and formats, including the most complex ones

• Define and document data frameworks before launching a portfolio

• Implement data controls (generic and specific) and track quality indicators to monitor data completeness and reliability

• Analyze anomalies and propose appropriate fixes

• Contribute to the development of tools dedicated to Data Integration and automations with the Tech teams

• Communicate by adapting to your interlocutors: brokers, technical teams, business teams

You are in the right place if:

• You write quality code in SQL and/or Python (readable, maintainable, adhering to best practices)

• You understand data management standards and data integrity concepts

• You can clearly express a technical need and analyze a problem to describe it precisely

• You autonomously solve complex data-related problems, knowing how to prioritize and manage multiple subjects in parallel

• You conduct client meetings in a structured and productive manner, with clear and educational communication

• You actively seek to use available tools (LLM, automation) to improve team efficiency

• You are organized, you plan your week, and you know how to break down your tasks into actionable sub-parts
