encosa stands for “energy cost savings”. Our mission is to support companies in reducing their electricity costs and CO₂ emissions at the same time. We achieve this by using battery storage systems combined with intelligent software.

We are a growing startup with high ambitions and are looking for someone who can build, structure, and further develop the people department.

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to take over the operational and conceptual HR tasks at encosa. You will work closely with the management team and be the central point of contact for employees, executives, and external partners.

Aufgaben

💡 Your Role

As Talent & People Manager / People Generalist, you will take over responsibility for all operational and conceptual HR tasks at encosa. You will work closely with the management team and be the central point of contact for employees, executives, and external partners.

The role is initially part-time. With further growth of encosa, a prospective extension to a full-time position is explicitly desired. The focus lies clearly on operational implementation. Recruiting, People Operations, and building functional, lean processes are at the forefront. Prospectively, there is the possibility to develop the role into a People Lead or Head of People position.

⚡ Your Tasks

Recruiting & Onboarding

• Responsibility for the entire recruiting process from need clarification to contract signing
• Active sourcing, candidate communication, and interview coordination
• Bauing and further development of a structured onboarding process

People Operations

• Creation and maintenance of contracts, HR documents, and guidelines
• Preliminary preparation and accompaniment of payroll with external service providers
• Care for on- and offboarding as well as operational HR topics

People Development & Culture

• Further development of feedback, goal, and development processes
• Promoting an open, transparent corporate culture
• Development and management of benefits and sparring partner for executives

HR Structures & Tools

• Bauing and maintenance of HR processes and tools
• Further development of templates, documentation, and administrative workflows

Qualification

🎯 Your Profile

• Multiple years of operational experience in the HR field, ideally as People Generalist, HR Manager, or in a comparable role
• Experience in recruiting and direct work with hiring managers
• Very good understanding of labor law and administrative HR processes in Germany
• Structured, independent, and pragmatic working style
• High communication skills and a good sense for people
• Startup mindset with hands-on mentality and joy in building structures
• Very good German and good English language skills
